You will be responsible for anything that is returned back to us. If you decide to exchange something we will ship it back out to you at no charge.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
A customer will typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing an order, minus the weekend or a sale. If tracking says "Pre-Shipment" the Postal Service most likely has not scanned it in yet (they get lazy sometimes) so please give an additional 48 hours to update.
WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD DOES NOT WORK?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase. If it still does not work please contact your Credit Card company.

I FORGOT TO ENTER A PROMO CODE
We understand that these things can happen because you were so excited to place an order. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Once an order is place our system does not allow a promo code to be added.
I RECIEVED THE WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER!
Pease email email@example.com with your order number and a clear picture of what you received. We will issue you a return label to ship the wrong item back and ship you out the right one.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
