Any fruit (me banana or mango), 2 egg whites 1 egg yolk, 150gm of chickpeas.
Meal 2 :
Oatmeal containing almonds and flax seeds(yes you can mix it up with other healthy seeds even)
4 -5 Chapatis with palak with cucumber as salad.
Meal 4 :
1 cup dal with 4 Chapatis and 1 palak omelette.
Meal 5 :
4 slices of brown bread with peanut butter. (Post workout).
3 times a week 250 gm of boiled chicken breast, other 4 days 100 gm of raw paneer.
So this was the diet you can follow to get abs.
